  • If you are checking out of the hotel, please do so prior to boarding buses
  • Bring luggage to load onto bus if you are traveling to Philadelphia International Airport

Meals - Please note that ILDA cannot arrange for a choice of menus at each meal.  If you have special dietary requests, please download the Dietary Restrictions Form and email to Kathi (kbretcko@ilda.org

Dress  - Business casual (no coats/ties) for all occasions to include receptions and dinners. Monday evening dress is casual.- CLOSED-TOE SHOES ARE MANDATORY AND EVERYONE MUST BE 21+ AND SHOW VALID PHOTO ID.

Registration, Policies & Fees  - All participants must be registered in advance and the full registration fee is payable in advance.  No registration will be considered complete until a check is received or your credit card is charged.  Fees must be received by April  1, 2020

Cancellations & Refunds  - No refunds will be made for cancellations after April 10, 2020
